Jumbo Garlic Gulf Shrimp
An original recipe by Ray Lampe, Dr. BBQ
1 stick butter
¼ cup beer
¼ cup hot sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
8 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 and ½ pound jumbo gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
Prepare the EGG to cook direct at 350°F/177°C.
Place a medium aluminum foil pan on the Egg. Add the butter, beer, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and parsley. Mix all the ingredients and cook until well blended and hot. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and fully cooked. Transfer all to a bowl and serve with crusty bread for dipping in the sauce.
