Ava's Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.

  2. Place eggs in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Let boil for 10 minutes.

  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes.

  4. Peel eggs, cut in half, and remove yolks.

  5. In a bowl, mix yolks, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pipe mixture back into egg whites.

  7. Smoke eggs on the EGG for 15 minutes.

  8. Garnish with paprika and chives before serving.
