Italian Calzone Press - Personal Size

Viva Italiano! Spice up your next grilling night with tasty calzones made fresh with your favorite ingredients! Works great for filled pastries and stuffed turnovers too!

Spice up your next pizza night! Create authentic calzones and filled pastries at home with all your favorite ingredients. Use your favorite pizza or pie dough, or try a BGE recipe.

USE: Roll dough on a BGE Dough Rolling Mat or a lightly floured surface to approximately 1/8 in / 3 mm thickness. Use the bottom of open press to cut a circle of dough. Transfer dough circle onto the concave side of the press; fill one side with
approximately ½ cup / 125 ml of your favorite savory or sweet filling. For best results, brush outside rim of dough with water before closing press firmly to seal calzone.

Set the EGG® for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C and preheat a Pizza/Baking Stone.

Transfer the calzone from the press to a preheated stone and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Delizioso … divertiti!

CARE: Dishwasher safe, top rack only. Do not use abrasive scrubbers.

CAUTION: Use press only to form calzone. Not for use in the EGG.
