It came out just fine, sorry I didn't see your post till this morning. I'm not used to cooking fish and am still having trouble knowing when it's done. I tried to flip about 30 min. into the cook but it wanted to fall apart, I did get it flipped latter. What's the best way to know when it's done?????????
